COS to honor 1970 and 1971 football teams with reunion dinner May2
College of the Sequoias will honor its 1970 and 1971 football teams during a reunion dinner set for May 2 at the Visalia Elks Lodge.
The 1970 team captured the only state football title in school history, while the 1971 team went 8-1-1 and narrowly missed out on the state playoffs.
Social hour starts at 5 p.m., with dinner and a program starting at 6 p.m.
Tickets are $25 per person and the public is welcome.
