COS Swimming Clinic
Who is eligible for this clinic?
Boys and girls, ages 8-14.
Who is the clinic staff?
The COS Men's & Women's Swimming and Dive coaching staff and student-athletes.
Where is the clinic held?
The clinic will be at the COS Aquatics Center - located on the corner of Tulare Avenue and Woodland on the Southwest corner of the COS campus.
What to bring?
Suit, cap, goggles, and towel.
What are the activites?
The clinic will cover swimming skills that include stroke technique in all 4 competitive strokes, starts & turns, and race strategy. Pizza will also be provided ono both days!
