Coach Dallas Jensen was hired in the spring of 2019 to become the 15th head coach in COS Men's Basketball History. Coach Jensen comes to Visalia after being the head coach at Gavilan College for two seasons and posting a 51-8 record during his tenure.

Prior to being the head coach at Gavilan, Jensen worked for hall of fame coach, and Tulare native, Percy Carr at San Jose City College. Jensen is a former player at San Jose City College for Coach Carr and went on to finish his playing career and bachelor's degree at BYU-Hawaii. "The biggest thrill I get from Coach at the Community College level is to see my player's move on. Our number one goal of the program is to help each young man reach his goals and continue on with their education" said Jensen. Jensen owns a Master's Degree from Western Kentucky University and was hired as a full-time faculty member at COS in 2019. Coach Jensen, and his wife Kim, have four children and reside in Visalia.
