COS Defeats Columbia

The Giants set out to defeat Columbia College on the road Wednesday night and did so in three straight sets (25-13, 25-18, 25-15). "I was very pleased with the focus and intensity the girls had tonight," said head coach Kim Rix.

KiAnna Cunningham (Woodlake) continues to have standout performances for the Giants. Against Columbia Cunningham recorded 14 kills and three solo blocks. Gabi Crookshanks (Exeter) had seven kills and no hitting errors on the night. As a team, the Giants had a .900 serving percentage and Reina Sykes (Golden Valley) added four aces.

The Giants are now 4-2 in league and will look to improve that record at home against West Hills next Wednesday, October 21st at 6pm.
