COS Volleyball Defeats West Hills in Three Sets:

The Giants swept West Hills College at home Wednesday night in three sets (25-11, 25-16, 25-15). Head Coach Kim Rix said, "I am happy with the win at home and the momentum going into another big home match this Friday against Taft. They are a good team and I am excited to see how the girls do."

Against West Hills, Reina Sykes (Golden Valley) contributed 22 assists on the night. Kelsi Marshall (Mt. Whitney) played defense for the Giants and had eight digs. Alexandra Chavez (Sunnyside) added three service aces.

The Giants improved their record to 5-2 after tonight's win against West Hills. They will play Taft at 6pm Friday at home.
