COS Football Leagues/Camps
Join us for the COS Girls Flag Football League hosted by the COS Head Football Coach Matt Mendonca, his coaching staff, and Student-Athletes. This league is designed for girls from 3rd to 8th grade. The league will be split into 3 divisions: 3rd-4th, 5th-6th, and 7th-8th. It will occur on 5 Sunday's starting on April 6. The league will provide an enjoyable experience while learning the fundamentals. The teams will practice for 20-minutes before their games. The games will be 2 15-min halves.

Spring League
The COS basketball programs will be hosting a spring league to provide local youth the opportunity to play. We will be hosting separate leagues for boys and girls with games played at the COS Porter Fieldhouse.

COS Basketball Camp
The COS Youth Basketball Clinic is open to boys and girls ages 6-14. The clinic will be held one day per month from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The Porter Fieldhouse will open at 8:30 AM. Organized activities will begin at 9:00 AM.

COS Basketball Camp
The COS Basketball Camp is open to boys and girls ages 7-14 and runs Monday through Thursday from 9am-3pm, and Friday from 9am to Noon. The Porter Fieldhouse will open at 8am daily and organized activities will begin at 9am. Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt.

COS Volleyball Camp
Inviting boys and girls ages 7-14 to join the COS volleyball team, and Head Coach Kim Rix, for a fun and challenging 3 days of volleyball! Whether you've never played before or want to advance your skills to the next level, there's something for everyone. Campers will learn all volleyball skills, while being taught the rules and strategies of the game. Come and play like a GIANT! (Campers will be separated by ability for maximum development.).
