Giants ready for Tuesday showdown vs. Cosumnes River
The College of the Sequoias men's soccer team's four-game winning streak was snapped by Fresno City on Tuesday.
Two first-half goals provided to be too deep of a hole for the Giants, dropping the match 3-1.
Enrique Ibarra scored the lone goal for COS in the 58th minute. Ismael Moreno registered the assist on Ibarra's goal.
On Friday, COS could not get back on track, falling on the road 3-1 to Taft.
Similar to Tuesday's match against Fresno City, COS went down 2-0 and struggled to even the match.
Christian Ibarra provided Sequoias only goal of the evening in the 70th minute.
The Giants look to snap its losing skid on Tuesday, as they host Cosumnes River.
