Deajah Stevens Olympic Run
Dejah Stevens brought much excitment to the COS and South Valley community by advancing to the finals of the 2016 Olympics women's 200m finals. Deajah ended up being 7th in the world at this years Olympics.
"We are all very proud of her" said COS track and field coach Curtis Allen, "she has a bright future ahead of her." Stevens is only 21 years old and was the second youngest competitor in the finals of the 200m race. But first, Deajah plans on graduating this spring at the University of Oregon which is only her junior year in school.
Stevens graduated with her Associates degree from COS in just three semesters before transfering to Oregon.
