Giants set to host Porterville, West Hills-Lemoore to close regular season
After a weekend off, College of the Sequoias' women's basketball team will wrap up the regular season -- and seek to bolster its postseason resume -- with a pair of home games this week.
The Northern California No. 12-ranked Giants are set to host Porterville (4-22, 2-8) on Feb. 19 and West Hills-Lemoore (8-18, 4-6) on Feb. 21 at Porter Field House. Both games tip-off at 5 p.m.
COS is coming off a 47-28 victory over Reedley on Feb. 12. The Giants held the Tigers scoreless in the fourth quarter.
COS seeks an eighth straight trip to the Northern California Regional playoffs, which begin Feb. 26.
