Giants sweep two game series against Chabot
With this past Saturday's series sweep over Chabot, the College of the Sequoias softball team is now on a four game win streak.
The first game saw a 5 run third inning, propelling COS to a 7-2 victory.
Breanne Tabarez had a monster day at the plate, going 1-for-2 with 3 RBI.
Ashley Paradine got her fourth win of the season, throwing a complete game, allowing just 2 runs.
In the second game, the Giants (7-2) came back from a one run deficit in the third, to win 7-5. COS scored 5 combined runs in the third and fourth inning.
Josey Burke went 2-for-3 with 2 RBI at the plate, and Adrienne Cachu was a perfect 3-for-3, including an RBI.
Just like Paradine, Ashley Guzman threw a complete seven inning game. Guzman had one strikeout on the day.
The Giants will be on the road this Wednesday at Delta. First pitch in Stockton is set for 3 p.m.
