Giants set to travel to Ohlone for postseason regional
After finishing the regular season 15-6 in conference and 25-13 overall, the Giants are seeded No.10 in the NorCal Regional.
With the 10-seed, COS will travel to Fremont to play No. 7 Ohlone in a best-of-three series. Game one is on Friday at 2 p.m., with game two set for Saturday at 12 p.m., and if necessary game three Saturday at 2 p.m.
The Renegades finished in third place in the Coast-North Conference at 6-8, and 25-13 overall.
The two teams faced each other Feb. 18 in Visalia during the Stars and Stripes Tournament, with Sequoias defeating Ohlone 2-0.
