LEMOORE- COS Men's Soccer got a late equalizing goal from Jonathan Gutierrez to draw 2-2 against West Hills Lemoore.
Gutierrez gave COS (8-5-3, 2-1-2 CVC) a 1-0 lead in the 23rd minute on his unassisted goal.
West Hills Lemoore (5-8-5, 0-2-3 CVC) took a 2-1 lead to halftime with the help of two goals from their forwards.
The first goal came in the 34th minute when Fellipe Oliveira tied the game up. Salvador Contreras scored the go-ahead in the 45th minute.
Gutierrez' goal in the 90th minute keeps the Giants in second place in the Central Valley Conference.
COS will host Clovis Community College at Riverway Sports Park on Tuesday. The match will kickoff at 4 p.m.
